HOW DOES SILVER LINING’S CONCIERGE SERVICE WORK?
Business Concierge Clients:
Once your organization partners with SLC, you will only need to provide your name and company name in order to submit your task requests.
Requests can be conveniently submitted via email, phone, or SMS (text message). If an onsite concierge desk is available at your location, you may stop by and make your request. After receiving your task request and any details, our Control Center assigns it to one of our concierges to complete.
We complete a wide variety of task requests from grocery shopping and post office runs to retrieving your child’s school project from the kitchen counter and dropping it off at school.
For individual clients, not affiliated with a corporate partner, you may contact our office to get started with your Silverlined services. We will conduct a brief “Get To Know You” informational call to get familiar with you and your needs. You will be ready to make your first request in no time.
Home Care Concierge Clients
HCC clients must schedule a home assessment meeting (a Get to Know You”) where we will discuss needed services and care frequency. Services can begin shortly thereafter.

As long as it is legal, ethical, and moral, we can do it. Many of our clients worry that their tasks are too mundane and “insignificant”. Those are the tasks for which we are made! Our job is to assist you with the “stuff” of life. Can’t make it to the post office? We can do it. Expecting visitors and need the sink full of dishes to disappear? We can do it. Laundry piling up and running out of options? Let us help. On bed rest and craving pickles? Yes. We can do that, too.
HOW CAN I MAKE A REQUEST?
(1) Our Control Center receives your requests and assigns it to one of our concierges to complete. Requests can be submitted via email, phone, or SMS (text message). If an onsite concierge desk is available at your location, you may stop by and make your request.
(2) Once your request has been made, you may select your preferred method of payment (cash, debit/credit) to pay for third third-party costs associated with your task (goods and services, tolls, parking, etc.).
(3) Upon completion of your task(s), the concierge will notify you via your method of choice (email, phone, or text) that your task has been completed. If there were any additional costs associated with the completion of your task(s) the concierge will let you know.
